How can I take care of my jewelry?1

To keep your jewelry clean and shiny, we recommend cleaning it regularly with a soft cloth. Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, hairspray and lotion. For more thorough cleaning, you can benefit from our professional cleaning service once a year.

What is the warranty period for your products?

All our jewelry is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Any wear and tear, scratches or abrasions caused by use are excluded from the warranty, but our maintenance and repair services will help in these cases as well.

Can I order a custom design?

Yes, our custom design service is available. Our design team will work closely with you to bring your dream jewelry to life. From the initial concept to the final product, we work with your ideas at every stage. The custom design process takes an average of 3-6 weeks.

Can I return the products?

Within 14 days from the date of purchase, you can return unused products in the original box. Custom design and personalized products are not eligible for return. You need to contact customer service for the return process.

Are the stones used in your jewelry natural?

Yes, the stones used in all our collections are 100% natural. Selected by our GIA certified gemologists, our stones have quality certificates at international standards. Each of our products comes with a certificate stating the properties of the stones used.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping services. International shipments are insured and tracked. You can contact customer service for shipping rates and estimated delivery times.
